Shipping Update

Hello dragons,

We are almost there! Below are details for each region. If you have not received your package once your region is 100% complete, an email address to contact to fulfillment company directly will be provided. This ensures the fastest resolution. Unfortunately, issues are unavoidable when shipping over 4,000 packages across the world, but we promise to get you your order no matter what.

US - 99.5% complete
There are only a few packages that need to be sent out due to stock shortages. Those will be out the door this week. 

CANADA - Starting this week
Blackbox is handling this and will be turning around the order as soon as humanly possible. Apologies for this delay. Stock was exhausted from US fulfillment and Canada orders come from our US warehouse.

AUSTRALIA - 100% complete
If you have not received your package or an alert that your package is en route, please contact [email protected]

UK/Rest of World - 97.5% complete
We are working on fixing issues/returns on a few orders in the UK/Rest of World. If you have not received your order, there was some type of issue or the game is in transit to a location that has a very long ship time. We will be double checking orders/addresses, ensuring packages have all contents, and getting them to their final destinations. If the issue is something we cannot resolve, we will reach out to you directly. Please give us a week to resolve these.

Thank you for your patience during this whole campaign. We have overcome some big hurdles for sure! Our small team could not have done it without you at the center of this project, and it means the world to us. Definitely come say hi to us at an upcoming convention (Gen Con, BFIG, Essen, PAX Unplugged) so we can forever express our gratitude.

Shipping is almost complete!

Hello dragons!

We are nearly at the end of the Dragoon Kickstarter road. Games are still in the process of going out for Standard backers and should be done next week barring any delays. If you have not received your game, hang tight. Blackbox (US/Canada), Let's Play (AUS) and Gamesquest (World) are working hard on getting your games out as fast as possible.

Once we post the official "SHIPPING IS COMPLETE" update, there may be people who have not received their games due to bad addresses, lost packages, or underwear gnomes (yes, they are real). Whatever the issue is, we will do our best to resolve all issues while working closely with our fulfillment partners.

And of course, thank you all so much for being part of this campaign!

Hello dragons!

Quick update so everyone knows where things are at and how to get answers as quickly as possible regarding shipment. If you need to know the status of your order, please read the updates below for your appropriate group. If you need more information, please contact the appropriate email below. We would normally love to answer all the questions ourselves, but that would only cause a delay in answers.

Gold Edition backers - US / CANADA: Fulfillment is done except for 5 backers in the US for Gold Editions. Blackbox was short 5 expansions. Those are shipping to them next week when we are back from Origins. If you are in this group and have any questions about your order, contact [email protected]

Gold Edition backers - UK / REST OF WORLD: If you ordered a Box of Holding, about 100 orders have been delayed. We had a shipment of 110 Box of Holdings go missing and we just found that out this week while at Origins. Those are shipping from the states next week when we are back from Origins. All other Gold Edition orders have gone out. If you are in this group and have any questions about your order, contact [email protected]

Gold Edition backers - AUSTRALIA: We had a miscommunication in process, and shipping has not yet begun because the Box of Holdings did not arrive. Those are shipping from the states next week when we are back from Origins. If you are in this group and have any questions about your order, contact [email protected]

Standard Edition backers - US / CANADA: Shipping is starting next week. Once shipping starts, if you have questions, contact [email protected]

Standard Edition backers - AUSTRALIA / UK / REST OF WORLD: Shipping is starting in about a week. If you have questions once shipping starts, Australia backers can contact [email protected] and UK/Rest of World backers can contact [email protected]

Thank you all for being so patient while we get these games out the door. We are insanely happy with the quality of the games. Every piece looks gorgeous and we cannot wait for you to get it onto you table!

Shipping Update! + Bard Rules!+ Upcoming cons!

Hey dragons!

We are at a good point where we can provide the following update with confidence. There were a few details coming in that we waited on before sending this out. 

SHIPPING UPDATE

US - Gold Editions

All orders are out except ~30 due to a shortage of pins. Those pins were received by Blackbox today and the orders are going out ASAP.

AUSTRALIA / CANADA - Gold Editions

They are with Let's Play (AUS) and Blackbox (CANADA) in country and have started shipping. You will receive tracking/alerts in a matter of days if you have not already.

UK / REST OF WORLD - Gold Editions

Shipping started and almost complete.

US / AUSTRALIA / CANADA / UK / REST OF WORLD - Standard

Shipping will start soon. Likely about 2 weeks. Panda is still wrapping up some plastic manufacturing and then items will be air-shipped to their destinations. AUSTRALIA/CANDA/UK will likely start before US just due to distance from China. The special pieces took a bit longer to perfect than expected, but they look SUPER nice.

We don't want to ruin the surprise with a photo...but...should we?! Or does everyone prefer waiting?

BARD-BARIAN RULES

Rather than just giving you a list of the rules, we had our artist Nick Nazzaro draw them up! They are easy enough to remember, but a bit harder to execute. However, there is no rule that you need to be a pro vocalist. It is all about the effort!

UPCOMING CONS

At both of these cons, we will be demoing Dragoon, Human Era, and our new games Heads Will Roll and Life Siphon! Also lots of sweet goodies for sale like pins etc.

IMPORTANT STUFF: Finalizing Your Address

GOLD EDITION BACKERS

We will be finalizing addresses this Sunday 4/22 at 5pm EST. Please make any changes to your address before then so we can ensure you get your game! To make changes or just to check if your address is correct, simply click here to retrieve your BackerKit link.

If your address is not correct and the game is shipped to that incorrect address, you may not receive your game. Or you may have to pay for shipping again to send the game to the proper address if it is returned to us.

When you are brought to this page, click VIEW CONFIRMATION in the top right. From there, you can confirm and edit your address.

WYVERN BACKERS

Your Wyrmwood Wyvern board and Gold Edition games will be shipped before any other items you ordered. Wyrmwood will ship those directly to you next week! Any additional items you ordered will come from Blackbox later.

STANDARD EDITION BACKERS

We will be finalizing your addresses when we are closer to shipping, and you will be alerted before this occurs. You can update your addresses via the link, just to make sure you are prepared!

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Because of the nature of shipping, boats, weather, etc, we cannot give anyone an exact date of when games are shipping. However, we can give estimates. If we are able to give more precise estimates, we will. Dragon pinky promise.

• Gold Edition Backers (US/CANADA): Very soon. Blackbox is intaking all items next week

• Gold Edition Backers (INTERNATIONAL): A few weeks from Gamesquest (World) and Let's Play (Australia)

• Standard Edition Backers (US/CANADA): Nothing has changed. Still Late May from Blackbox.

We simply ask that you please be patient with this final leg of the process. There are lots of moving parts with various companies intaking games and packing...well...packages. You all have been absolutely amazing, and we are finally at the last stage! Thank you so much for your continued patience. We cannot get these games into your hands fast enough :)
